Aerobics
The central idea behind aerobic training is to "Get Up and Get Moving!" There is an array of benefits from aerobic training, including improved heart and lung function, body fat reduction, weight loss, decreased blood pressure, decreased depression and anxiety, and improved feelings of overall well-being. Aerobics and circuit training offer a great cardio workout for all fitness levels along with a special focus on strengthening and toning muscles. We offer a variety of aerobic training machines and aerobic/circuit training classes to better serve you.
