Lake Martin Hospice offers the advantage of being a hometown hospice. The entire team lives in the service area and therefore has established relationships with local doctors, drug stores, hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
Our services are not intended to take the place of care by family emembers but rather to guide and support them in the care of the patient.
